Campaign Cup 2008, Mud Included

This past weekend Basildon hosted the second leg in the 2008 Millennium Series. The weekend weather was looking great up until Sunday morning when an early morning British weather front rolled in. With the amount of rain that came down the event venue Gloucester Park turned into one sloppy place for the semi finals and finals to take place. Keep your eyes on the ThisISPaintball Channel for the video coverage from Sundays semi-finals and finals.

Just One Of The Wet Spots

The event rolled off with out a hitch with the games on Friday and Saturday allowing teams to advance into Sunday’s sloppy fields soaked with water/mud. Only the true players made it to Sunday and the weather made it clear that only the strong can survive in the Millennium Series.
